Overview
Please contact your Customer Success Manager as it is required when setting up your JIRA Server and/or JIRA Data Center instance.
Before you get started:
The credential requirements are based on the JIRA server version
Jira Server 8.14 or Data Center and above require Jira account email address and personal access token.
Jira Server 8.13.x and below require Jira username and password.
We strongly encourage using Jira credentials with Admin permissions. If the credentials you provide do not include Admin permissions, you must also manually configure Jira webhooks for Velocity.
